In room laundry, clean room, friendly staff. No on site parking is a bummer but there are relatively close cheap overnight parking garages. Only negative is how loud downtown Detroit is at night, but that's to be expected expected

Location was amazing for being in downtown. City parking was legit across the street. But many downtown attractions all are within walking distance. The staff could not have been more courteous. They were amazing. Extremely friendly and suggested a great breakfast spot. Was there for a two night stay and the room was amazing. Would definitely recommend, if you need to be in downtown.

For being my first time buying a hotel the front desk lady really helped me work thru getting it together she was patient, kind, helpful very friendly.I stopped by to use the bathroom on the way to work and she made me felt welcomed when I walked in and after I left even tho I wasn’t buying another room she still made me feel welcomed, that’s what really stood out everyone just went back to work after I went in the bathroom 😂

I’ve booked this room for three nights every night was amazing the room is beautiful with a beautiful kitchen plus it came with pans and pots and silverware etc the room was beautifully decorated I love how easy it was to connect my apps to the tv very amazing and friendly service was a lady there decorating the Lobby loved her very welcoming and also there was another lady I talked to very nice and helpful lady she the view from the window was beautiful all around loved my experience there

We came for NYE techno shows and stayed at Houze House. It was perfect for us. Very clean, studio apartment with a full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer and everything you needed from plates and silverware to laundry pods. Though it was perfect for those who want to eat in, it was also walking distance to coffee, restaurants, a deli and the SPKRBOX. The staff was very friendly and asked us many times if we needed anything and how our stay was going. The Houze isn’t elaborate, but really has everything you need when out of town.

Clean room but looked like someone laid down on our bed when we first got there. Very cold, very loud, people in hallways through out the night most of the time, water pressure wasn’t the greatest in the shower, towel rack kept falling off wall. . Great place for loud college kids but not the best for family environment or a calm atmosphere.

Honestly a very solid stay, especially for the price. I do have three complaints that very slightly altered the trip. Walls are paper thin, we heard lots of sirens,people in the hall ways, and opening doors all night. No noise canceling in the slightest. The towel holder in our room didnt stay up, and consistently fell out of its slot (not a massive deal, just a slight inconvenience). Lastly , wish the shower was a little bit bigger, definitely a smaller shower than most hotels I have been in. Overall a great stay, and great bang foryour buck!

Once we actually found the hotel, the staff was amazing with helping us get checked in and telling us about parking options. The signage is very sub-par, as in, THERE IS NO SIGNAGE. This makes the hotel very difficult to find, especially in the dark. When I tried to call the hotel to get more information about the location, the number was disconnected.
