Very nice and clean hotel! All of the staff were friendly and made our stay very easy. My one “complaint” is that housekeeping knocked on our door 3 hours before checkout to “confirm” we were checking out. I find that odd given how early it was and it was the day of our checkout so I think it’s safe to assume we intended on checking out that day.

Front desk lady during the night time is pretty awful. They set us up in a room on the first floor with drapes that were already messed up and they knew about it because when I called, they didn’t bother to question it and just moved us to a smaller room. I don’t recommend this place, especially since there are two much better hotels right in front of 2nd and Charles anyway.

Quality Experience

Check in was a breeze even though we were late. The check in clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was easy to find and clean. The bed was comfortable and the room temp was easy to adjust. Nice TV! Overall, it was a quality experience.

Air conditioning shuts off without movement in the room so night time it gets hot. Blinds are electric but don’t work the best. The tv didn’t log into Hulu and apps like it said it would.

We waited in the lobby for 45 minutes past our check in time because our room was not cleaned and ready for us when we arrived at 3:00 pm. The girls up front were apologetic and nice but we were frustrated it took that long to clean the room after we just drove many hours to get there. Would have been nice to have our room ready for us at our check in time. Also blindsided by the $40 "incidentals fee" at check in. And I still don't see that given back to me yet.

Well housekeeping stole my iPhone charger after I left it and called before they even cleaned the room to try and get it back only for them to tell me they never found it. Which is a bold faced lie. So be careful, they are not honest there. Overall hotel was nice and the first desk lady Amy was super nice. Pretty bummed they wouldn’t return my charger though.
