I booked this hotel because of the daily room service. However, the first day my room was not serviced, I complained to the receptionist who was indifferent and barely apologized, and promised it won't happen again. On the second day, the same thing happened again. a different receptionist looked concerned and actually cared, she kept apologizing and promised to bring this to the general manager's attention. She wrote a note with my information and she assured me the GM will contact me the first thing in the morning. The GM (her name is Robin) did not contact me at all. I went to ask for her and I was told that the MG was in the stores, and that she will contact me within 2 hours. 3 hours later, I went to the reciptionist to check if the manager is back. Instead of contacting me asap, the GM had no ideas of what happend, which means she did not get the note the reciptionst wrote, or the GM did not care. It looks like she did not care, she just assured me it won't happen for the 3rd time. Really??!!!! on my last day, they finally serviced my room, but hair was still in the soap bar which they did not even take time to change it, and we were short on towels. What a service! I complained to Expedia, when they called them, the receptionist said non of this happened!
