Check-in is available after 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM sharp. Please note that any unauthorized late check-outs will incur penalties.

Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited, with quiet hours enforced from 10 PM to 6 AM. Any unauthorized parties or gatherings will result in a $500 fee, and subsequent noise complaints will incur a $100 charge per complaint. Indoor smoking is also prohibited, with a $500 fee for violations.

Please ensure all trash is properly disposed of in designated areas to avoid a $100 penalty. Any damage to the property or common areas will be subject to pro-rated auto-chargebacks from your booking account.

Upon check-out, please remember to turn off all lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties for rule violations will automatically be withdrawn from your security deposit and/or booking account.

Furthermore, please acknowledge that the total number of guests in your reservation applies to anyone accessing the space during your stay, not just overnight guests. Any additional guests may incur charges or lead to immediate cancellation without refund.
