STAY FAR AWAY

I will never stay here again, nor would I recommend this place to anyone else. Room was dirty, kids running through halls at all hours of the night, there was mold in my room, dust everywhere, room was not "refreshed" daily.

Extremely misleading advertising when it comes to 'free parking'. The parking is only free for the duration of your stay at the hotel. You cannot park there at all if you plan on flying out and leaving your car there. Horrible experience, definitely do not recommend.

I checked in, I brought in all my stuff and then found out the door key card didnt work and the door didnt lock so i could push it open, which i didnt enter. Which is a security concern. Then i got a new room assonged and the remote for the tv was missing so i had to get one from the front desk and program it. Things i dont want to have to deal with atter a long day. Front desk lady was nice though. Better maintenace needed

it wasn’t the cleanest. But it was one of the closest to the airport when we had a 12 hour layover and gave us a warm bed and hot shower. We got there at 10pm. And had to wait to check in and missed the last diner with a hot meal because they closed at 11 pm. We ended up ordering pizza as that was the only thing available at that time. We had to leave at 4am for our flight and as such ended up missing out on their free breakfast which started at 7:30am. Their shuttle service was late in picking us up. And when it did come it was already full so we had to wait for the next one. We did catch the second shuttle and by the time we got through customs. It was just enough time to board for our flight. So we didn’t get to grab anything to eat at the airport. All in all? You can stay there in a pinch just be mindful of the above inconveniences. My tips: leave for the airport 3 hours early and make sure you enough time to find food

The toilet seat were too low to the floor. The staff stated all rooms were set up this way. No rooms had the higher toilet seats. It was very hard for my elderly mother to get up from. I would not recommend this facility if you have knee or back medical issues

Shake your clothes after check out!!

The first room that I received had a roach crawling on the table and no safety latch on the door. I got moved to a second room that had a safety latch with screws visibly loose and hanging. When it came time to catch the shuttle to the airport, I had to run in ice and snow across to the other hotel.

Liked the location and it is convenient to the locations I needed to get to, the parking is free, and early check in allowed. However VERY UNCLEAN. First room had little dead roaches on the bed. 😱 When I told the front desk he said he's not mad and put us in another room that was also not clean and the light switch in the bathroom is falling off, the faucet on the shower was also rundown. The shower was either super hot or ice cold. Not a relaxing stay but circumstances put me into a position where I didn't have a lot of choices...
