I made a reservation for two rooms. I called and asked for them to be next to each other and they did honor that request. But I got there and walked into the first room and it hadn’t been cleaned at all. Had to switch that room to across the hall. The bathroom doors didn’t close in either room. The Tv didn’t work in one room. There were people that were going back and forth being very loud down the hall. It overall wasn’t a good experience.

Im sorry i dont like to leave bad reviews but this hotel was gross. The bedding had stains on it. The sheets had yellow stains. Air conditioning wasnt on through out the hotel and is was warm inside. We had to turn the air on when we came in and we had to hurry to get ready to leave for our concert and was saeating trying to get rid of. And lastest i know this isnt the hotels doing but they allowed info. For shuttle service and that guy is an absolute jerk. We called and ge said he would call back and didnt. Then when we called he saud he could only take us in groups. We went elsewhere but that didnt seem to work so we called him back again which in the mean time we found someone to take us all. We called him back to cancel and he yelled at my husband and was demanding a cancelation fee. We hung uo and tben he just kept calling and texting back harrasing us. Would recommend at all.

Can't really complain about this place. The staff was wonderful. You get what you pay for. Its not fancy but it was clean and not to far from Pine Knob
