The concierge/front-desk was great...both friendly and professional. The cleaning staff was pleasant and helpful. The parking availability sucked after hours though. I was shocked that the noise from the pool was as loud as it was during pool regular pool hours. There was a knocking sound I believe from the HVAC system but wasn't certain the culprit. It actually awakened me a time or two. Had a generally great stay overall though.

The staff was great and the place was very clean but many aspects of the hotel need updating, stained carpet and wallpaper especially in corners, and furniture is outdated and heavily worn.

I absolutely hate the fact that you have to pay to park in their parking lot. (Not a parking garage) that is the craziest thing I’ve ever heard of.
