Siren is a rock star! i felt like somebody JUST being in the building. i’m afraid to say too many nice things about this swanky hotel because i want a room available for the next trip to the D! Tiny in stature but right in the heart of the action; Walked everywhere and cant wait for next adventure! Pro Tip: make an online reservation for The Candy Bar, just sayin

The staff was fabulous, to a person. Angel was so welcoming. We love the coffee area, gift shop and the available Wall Street journals in the morning. The Siren is beautiful art deco w personality. I just need some furs, feathers, a martini, and a long handled cigarette holder. So special

The location to Comerica Park was wonderful. The staff was very accommodating for our early check-in even though there were no rooms available at that time. They parked our car and stored our luggage until after the game. The room was very small and plain for the price that is charged. I had expected the decor to be more impressive. The staff were all very friendly.

What a charming hotel. Excellent location. Staff couldn't have been more gracious. Rooms were more than adequate. No in house restaurant, but a cute take out cafe and two bars.

When we arrived, our room was not ready. Check-in was at 3:00, we arrived at 5:00 and couldn’t check in until 5:45. We were offered a free coffee for the inconvenience. For a $300 room I would expect a discount since it wasn’t ready, not a $4 coffee.

Too Loud

Location is excellent if you’re going to Comerica or Ford Field. That being said, the noise at night is a problem. We’ve stayed at other hotels in downtown Detroit with no issues but it was so loud the first night we were there that we had to switch rooms to a higher floor for the next two nights. It was still very noisy on the 9th floor until 2am. I think the windows are old and there isn’t enough insulation to keep sound out. Hotel is nice, staff is very friendly. Just not a good place to stay if you value your sleep.
