The location is excellent! The cabin is cozy but was unfinished and not priced appropriately considering. Sota Property management company dropped the ball numerous times. I called and left a message when we arrived to gather entry info. It’s was in my email but I had missed it. I didn’t receive a response until the following morning. By that time I had figured out how to enter. I arrived with my wife and our 3 kids under 5 years old after a 6 hour trip from western ND. There were quite a few yellow jacket bees, spiders and other insects in the house when we arrived along with spider webs in the bathroom and other rooms. I addressed this in a message to Sota and asked for a call, I never received correspondence back. I do not like leaving negative feedback, but I more dislike a transaction that is handled poorly. I will not rent from this management company and wouldn’t recommend them moving forward. I have included pictures of the condition of the unit. It’s far from the pictures that were advertised.
