We checked in and there was no air conditioning in our room so after three hours in the room, we have to move to a different room which was in a different building and then we have to go in a different building away from our kids cause they stayed in the same building, so it was not a very good experience. They couldn’t accommodate us the way it supposed to they knew there was no air-conditioning in that room because they have a portable air conditioner running in the room

This is my favorite place to stay when im in Barbados, the property is top tier! The grounds are well manicured and everyone from reception to housekeeping is extremely friendly. Its not an all inclusive, but food is not too expensive on the property! There not much around but everything you need is available on the property! Just book, you wont regret it!

The Hilton Vacation Club at The Crane was breathtakingly beautiful. The room was fantastic with your own private pool. The staffs were all very friendly and professional. I long to return again.
