This is an amazing home for a family with kids. Everything you could need for 12. Kitchen is incredible- fully equipped and fun to enjoy the ocean and the cows Access to Dillon beach is super!!9.5/10My .5 - we need a firm bed and none in the home. The upstairs is fabulous for grandparents but a new mattress would really really help. Awesome AB and B and super awesome if you are a soft bed fan

We had the most magical time! The house was absolutely gorgeous and it was the perfect place to connect with friends, cook together, enjoy the stunning sunsets and relax. Deidra was so helpful and kind. We met upon checking in and she was available to answer any questions we had. We are already planning our next trip and can't wait to be back there!

Family Get-together

We loved the layout of the house. It was very spacious and gave all of us privacy. The hot tub and game room were hits. The board games were as well. We even met a photographer on one of our walks who met us the next day and took family photos of us on the beach!

A fun long weekend

The home was truly beautiful and stocked with all kitchen equipment one could possibly want. Everything was clean and comfortable and the view was spectacular. We spoke several times with our hostess and she was helpful and went above and beyond. We would certainly consider staying again should the occasion arise.

Perfect Weekend Spot

Amazing house with great view of the Pacific ocean. Lots to do between the beach, trails, and at home (game room, hot tub, etc.). Perfect spot for kids and dogs with plenty of space for everyone.

Beautiful Oasis

Escaped from the Bay Area heat to a beautiful foggy oasis. The house is very well appointed and immaculate with comfortable beds and a large and very functional kitchen. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub and taking in the beautiful vistas on our walk down to the beach. Hope to come back sometime!

Organized and well supplied kitchen, including shelf markers to find/replace items; house clean and tidy; hot tub warm and inviting; plenty of room for 10 people to have private and family time with large dining room table with chairs. House further from beach than I thought from photos, and it was cold/foggy on most of the 5 days. This was a pleasant relief from home with triple digit temps!

Heavenly family stay

Truly luxurious home with beautiful views especially at sunset. The house was so well set up for a lovely stay family stay with puzzles, board games, boogie boards and beach toys. The property was immaculate at our arrival, all beds were especially comfortable, there was an abundance of fine towels. The kitchen was especially well supplied allowing for easy preparation of meals for a family group. the host warned us to do our grocery shopping before arrival which was helpful as there are no big grocery stores in the vicinity. We enjoyed exploring the north coast, hikes, near and far, horseback trail rides, oysters.

Great House! Great Location! Great Stay!

The house was clean with large spaces for the 12 of us to spread out and be comfortable. Dierdra, home owner was fantastic and easy to work with and made us feel right at home. The views from the home were great and it was a wonderful trip that we hope to make again very soon! Highly recommend this home for large friend or family gatherings.

Lovely beach home!

Lovely home that was perfect for 3 generations to celebrate a 60th anniversary! We loved the view and walks from the house, and the comfortable living area. The kitchen was well stocked, and we all enjoyed the foosball and pool tables. We’d love to come back!

A four-night stay at the Sea Filly

My family and I had a great long weekend at the Sea Filly! It's a beautiful and spacious house with a nice floor plan, and everything is nicely arranged. We all thought the kitchen was great, and there's a large dining table. There were eight of us, including a 13- and an 11-year-old. Some friends of theirs joined us for one night, and there's room for twelve. We got a lot of use out of the pool table, and we barbecued one evening. All in all, it's a great place to stay!

Family getaway

The weather was amazing! We went for daily walks around the development. Everyone was friendly. The kids and adults enjoyed the beach. The teenagers spent a lot of time playing pool. The large kitchen and dining room table was perfect for the 12 of us to eat together. The kitchen was well stocked. Having another refrigerator in the pool room was also helpful. The bathrooms were well stocked too. The enclosed front deck gave us beautiful views. The area was so peacefully quiet.

Group retreat

Buncha older guys gathering for a weekend of poker, cooking & walking. We needed a lot of individual beds and the arrangement worked pretty well for our group of 9. A couple of us ended up on inflatable beds in the converted garage but that was ok. Kitchen/dining area is great & living room has good views. Owner was extremely helpful & accommodating of our requests.

A wonderful family weekend

We had a small family reunion at Sea Filly and loved it. The house is lovely, and well stocked for a large group. We enjoyed time at the beach, walks nearby, and soaking in the hot tub. The kids loved seeing all of the deer, quails and cows nearby! We'll be back at the next opportunity---it is a very special place.

Beautiful and restful

Our three families enjoyed a long weekend over Labor Day and we kept raving about the spaciousness of this home. The kitchen is STICKED with everything you would ever need an we spent much of our stay cooking so this was amazing! Our kids played pool non stop and there was also ample time to rest and restore. The hosts were incredibly communicative and flexible with all of our requests and inquiries. Thank you! We will come back! Our only wish was that the site was not in walking distance to the beach. A drive is necessary and this was not made too clear on the description. BUT it totally didn't matter because this house was AMAZING!

Fantasy Football Weekend!

Nine of us stayed at this wonderful property during the last weekend of August, and everyone had a great time. This the 30th season of our Fantasy Football League, and we all wanted a getaway to where we didn't have to leave after the draft! We drafted in the backyard, and caught the interest of the nearby cows. It had plenty of space, the kitchen was highly stocked, and the place was quiet all around! We were able to cook, have fun, and tell old stories of years past! Was great to see the deer and jackrabbits come right up to the property, and test our endurance by walking back up the hill from the beach! Everyone helped clean at the end as well. It has a great hot tub, though we did not use it. We did have football on in the living room, and baseball on in the game room. Everyone just loved the property, and some had never been to Dillon Beach, but are already making plans with their respective families to come back. The owner was top notch with communications and special touches. We all have SF roots, and though we don't live in SF anymore, we certainly loved the fog and 64 degree weather. Thanks again!

Perfect Weekend

We had a wonderful stay at Deidre’s house at Dillon Beach. Clean, spacious and comfortable! Great communication with the owners, and the house is well maintained and is a great holiday location. We had a family wedding in Tomales and the location was perfect.
