We had a group of 12 with plenty of room for all of us.The foosball was a great addition for the kids to play with. Everything was clean and roomy! Few hiccups:all the blinds in the house were broken and no curtains so it got very bright early in the morning (which is not a deal breaker) and a little warm in the evening since it was hard to open the windows with broken blinds.Although the site stated it was fully stocked with towels and linens, there were only enough bath towels for 8 people, and when inquired, that was all they had. So our group went to the store and had to buy towels. There was not one kitchen towel either so we bought some kitchen towels. (they reimbursed us for the cost of the towels). There was no toilet paper when we arrived so they kindly delivered some right away. The body soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner bottles were mostly empty so we had to find more bottles to fill those up.There was no little trash can for one of the bathrooms (our group went and bought one). Although very clean, it just seemed some of the basics got overlooked or another option would be to say to bring your own soaps/towels. For as much money as you spend you kind of expect things to be in working order and have your basics. One big thing I think all groups should know is that when you go down the stairs to the finished basement, there is no railing! We were going to put my parents down there but once we saw we decided against it.A little 4yo took a tumble so just be careful.
