Hunting, fishing, skiing, trips to Yellowstone, and swimming in the lake are all within your fingertips. Sit in our handmade porch rockers and watch the sunset over the Pioneer Mountains, then start up a crackling fire in one of two fireplaces to cap your evening. Two kitchens offer multiple options for food prep and entertaining. They’re nothing quite like staying in a well crafted log home. Come and enjoy Expedition Lodge.

Spring fishing

We had a great time in southwest montana! Great days fishing the many rivers with a very relaxing and inviting cabin to return to. Highly recommend staying here

Log cabin time

Very nice. Beautiful place. Good neighborhood. Not a good place to walk except on busy gravel roads. Well stocked. Difficulty reaching the owners without going through VRBO.

Family Reunion within a Family Reunion!

What a beautiful house and area! We used the fireplace outside for fire in the evening, the balcony to watch the sun rise in the morning and the big table for games. Thank you for the best coffee ever! 5 stars

Fly fishing trip on beaverhead

The cabin house was beautiful and the outdoor fireplace was great for the guys and I to tell fishing stories from the days adventures. A nice bonus was that it is only couple of miles from Poindexter slough which went one my right from dry fly action and found it. I will definitely rebook this next year.

Great stay!

This place is fantastic and has everything! It is spacious, great yard, beautiful views, everything is clean, beds are very comfortable, etc., etc. I have nothing bad to say at all. This would be an amazing place for a wedding party, family reunion, or any other large event as there are actually three cabins on the property. Highly recommended!

Beautiful vacation rental!!!

We had an amazing vacation at this beautiful home! The home was completely stocked with every amenity. The location was perfect… town and the river were within 10 minutes. There was plenty of room for the kids to roam. The hosts were very responsive to any questions and/or needs we had.
