Pluses- amazing views, right on the water, spacious and clean apartment/hotel room with a well-stocked kitchen. Minuses- definitely some maintenance needed in the shower and bathroom area. Lots of water damage. It also does require your initiative to find out how to check in. It is five or so rooms arranged over several floors (no elevator) and there is no front desk. I had to call to get instructions for access. But they instructions were clear and easy to follow and we had to problem getting into the apartment.

Location was great - in the middle of Dinant. Room was really large and comfortable. Bed was also very comfortable. Lots of stairs to unit. The code entry was interesting to us.

Not easy to find, small entry door and no elevator ( web don’t stated that this place don’t have an elevator), stairs are small and inside smells very old. Inside a room - no soap , just one towel and no stuff around to ask more towels and soap. Avoid this place. Regret to spend $200 not worthy

Great location, a few minutes walk from the citadel, cathedral and main sights. Good information about the check in from the host beforehand. Room was clean and a good size, I would just say lacking some facilities - for example some additional electrical charging points by the bed for charging mobile, a light switch on both side of the bed. Generally a very convenient location.

This property was like staying with your cousin Vinny! There are better choices. This is a remote check-in and check-out facility. LOTS of stairs to negotiate to get to all rooms! Room was clean but very simple. Breakfast was available but at a remote location which did not open until 0900. Not a positive choice for the traveler.

Wonderful property with a great view of the Meuse and right in town close to everything. Owner was very communicative and cooperative. Room was simple, but clean, nice and had plenty of space for everything we needed.

Beautiful view of the waterfront, as pictures, comfortable bed and great location. Helpful instructions were sent via message on Expedia once I notified staff of my check in time. No elevator. Liked the option of a washing machine although we had no time to use it.

Great room for visiting Dinant

Don't be fooled by the small door into the building--the room we had was enormous! It was clean and looked like it had been recently renovated. We overlooked the River Meuse. The landlord was very helpful and attentive. The room was right on the main street in town. The location could not have been more convenient. It was a great stay for us and we would be glad to return.

The location of the apartment was perfect with the Citadel directly above and a small patio looking out over the waterfront. Clean and neat with everything we needed for our stay. Helpful and nice. We very much enjoyed our 2 night stay! We would stay where again.
