Linen is provided, beds are made on arrival, private underground parking with electric car recharging.

The accommodation is as follows:
Located on the 1st floor and measuring 45 m², the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It's south-facing, with a large bay window and a window in the living room, and a French window in the bedroom. Relax on the south-facing balcony!

- In the living room, you can sleep on a sofa bed (140x200 cm), brand new in 2020 and very comfortable.
- In the kitchen area, you'll find: induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, oven, etc. There's also space for 4 people to enjoy meals.
- In the shower room with WC, an 8kg washing machine and heated towel rail.
- In the bedroom, you'll find 2 brand-new beds (90x200 cm) with the option of moving them closer together to sleep as a couple.

Neighborhood:
This modern neighborhood is just 2 steps from beaches, downtown and the famous market. Everything can be done on foot in just a few minutes. You'll also find a thalassotherapy center offering incomparable treatments and a restaurant with a sea-view tea room.
There are plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops to help you relax.

Shopping on the Emerald Coast is a pleasure not to be missed. The many small, multi-brand boutiques are synonymous with elegance, with their meticulous shop windows and unique style! You'll also find small delicatessens run by refined master craftsmen! But you'll also find stores with Belle Époque architecture, where you'll find traces of Odorico on the facades, for example...
On Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings, come and discover the Dinard market, voted one of the 10 most beautiful markets in France.
Shopping centers (Décathlon, Intermarché, Lidl....) are just a 5-minute drive away.

St Eno (chez Claude), la crêperie du Marégraphe, bar de la Thalasso, restaurant de la plage de l'Ecluse... you'll also find the Castor Bellux in Dinard: a meeting place for young Dinard locals and a very atypical decor, the cuisine is top-notch! Le Dôme on Port Blanc beach. The Sunset bar around the outdoor swimming pool on Plage de l'Ecluse, with its stunning sunset and surfing atmosphere.

Go to Cancale and taste oysters, or visit Dinan and its medieval town.

- A parking space is reserved for you. An electric recharging point is available. Please mention this when booking, as a flat-rate supplement will be charged on arrival.
- Bus station located 3 minutes' walk from the apartment, at the foot of the Ourse media library.
- 5 minutes from the main road to Dinan, Cancale, St Malo, Saint Briac...
- You can reach the boat landing to go to St Malo without using your vehicle.

- Towels are not provided
- Pets are not allowed
- The apartment is accessible by stairs (1/2 level), but if you use the elevator, you'll need to press 2.
- Underground parking includes a closed private garage and a shared bike room. Station wagon, 4x4 and SUV parking available. You must park in reverse to enter the garage easily.
