A newly redone apartment in the picturesque village of Politika in Euboea.A very spacious apartment of 110 m. with private parking, 2 double bedrooms, spacious living room with an energy fireplace and fully equipped. You can have the use of the small garden with a built-in barbecue. The beach is 3 minutes by car and 15 minutes on foot. The centre of the village with the beautiful cafes, markets and bakery is a 5-minute walk. Lots of tavernas with fresh fish and or meat at the beach side with beach bars and the ability to do sea sports. There is Iro's path for hiking, and there is a beautiful medieval tower, well preserved in the centre of the village, which you can visit, and a lovely monastery dating from the 8th century.
The island of Euboea is the biggest and most beautiful, and there is the ability to be on the mountain in half an hour or swim in the Aegean sea in one hour! The city of Chalkis is 20 minutes away, and you can be in Athens in 1 1/2 hour! The ideal place for holidays!
