Breakfast was very good! Some appliances and lights don’t work. Like tea kettle and refrigerator. Hotel moved us to new room. Similar issues in new room. Still good value though.

Hasuni Taş Hotel Diyarbakır'ın Sur İçi mevkinde merkezi bir yerde. Diyarbakır şehrini ve insanı tanımak ve çok güzel vakit geçirmek için gezilip görülebilecek yerlere kısa yürüme mesafesinde. Taş Hotel çalışanları, özellikle Resepsiyon'daki Gülmin Hanım ve Özal Bey her an saygılı, içten ve samimi güler yüzlü yaklaşımlarıyla her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltı Diyarbakır'ı geniş açı ile görebileceğiniz ferah bir terasta yeterli sayıda personel ile hızlı bir şekilde servis ediliyor. Yöresel ürünleri de kapsayan oldukça zengin ve lezzetli bir kahvaltı sunuluyor. Banyo makul ölçülerde, modern ve temiz. Odada çarşaflar, havlular temiz. Minibarda makul fiyata sunulan çok çeşit ürün var. Çalışan kat görevlisi personel misafirperver, saygılı ve güler yüzlü. Otel ile ilgili olarak eleştirebileceğim tek husus odalarda oturulabilecek sandalye ve yeterli sayıda askı olmaması ama bunu sorun etmezseniz keyifli ve tekrar gidip kalabileceğim bir otel olduğunu söyleyebilirim.

Wir wurden empfangen und sind n unser Zimmer gegangen.Nach 5min WC verstopft und wurden in ein anderes Zimmer verlegt.Safe und Fernseher funktioniert nicht.Dann wurden wir auf ein anderes Zimmer gebracht. Da funktionierte das Safe und Fernseher die Stecker man konnte die Händys nicht aufladen.Bis wir Duschen konnten Kamm 10min nur kaltes Wasser Das Frühstück war gut. Die Mirarbeiter unter schweren Bedingungen konnten Jemanden begrüßen
