Located in the historic center of the village, the house fully reflects the local character and culture, offering a warm and relaxing atmosphere. On the ground floor, there is a bright open-plan living area with a spacious lounge featuring comfortable armchairs and a TV, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. Next to it, the fully equipped open kitchen includes a practical dining table where you can enjoy your favorite meals. Ceramic floors and wooden furnishings create a cozy and welcoming ambiance in harmony with the spirit of the place. A staircase leads to the upper loft level, where the double bedroom is located, complete with a large chest of drawers for convenient storage. The apartment also features a classic-style bathroom with a bathtub.

High-quality bed linen, towels, and a courtesy kit are provided.

You will also find a welcome basket with essentials for your first breakfast.



The apartment does not have private parking, but there are several free public parking spaces nearby.



Guests have full access to the entire property.

Just a few minutes’ drive away is Argegno, a charming lakeside village perfect for strolling through historic alleys, enjoying scenic views, and stopping at local cafés and restaurants. Here you can enjoy breakfast, aperitifs, and dinners by the lake, as well as the Lido, ideal for relaxing during summer days. From Argegno, ferries and hydrofoils connect you to famous destinations such as Bellagio and Menaggio. Nearby, you will also find Brienno, a small authentic village home to the renowned restaurant Crotto dei Platani. Heading south, you reach Laglio, an elegant and peaceful village known for its lakeside aperitifs and as the home of George Clooney’s villa. Continuing further, you arrive in Como, a lively city rich in history, shops, and restaurants. To the north lies the green Valle d’Intelvi, ideal for hiking and nature lovers. How to get there:

From the A9 motorway, take the “Lago di Como” exit and follow the SS340 (Via Regina Nuova) to Argegno. There, turn left towards Lanzo / S. Fedele / Castiglione I. / Dizzasco. The property can be reached in about 5 minutes by GPS.

By train, from Como S. Giovanni station, take bus C120 and get off at “Dizzasco - Via Roma 29 - Municipio” (35 stops, approx. 45 minutes). Walk about 2 minutes to reach the apartment.
