Ground floor: Living room 30 sqm and with lounge and TV. You have access to the 30 sqm terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 8 chairs. Kitchen 18 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker, oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the terrace. Separate toilet 5 sqm and with 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom 18 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the 15 sqm balcony. 2 bedrooms each 20 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the 15 sqm balcony.
