We are presenting you new villa. The private pool villa is rime of architecture, modern design based on tradition. Just 280 m away from the beach.

180 m2 private pool villa has 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has 2 king-size double beds and its own bathroom with floor heating, cosmetics and towels made of the finest cotton. All the beds are furnished with luxury mattresses, satin linens and pillows stuffed with natural wool for comfortable sleeping. Each bedroom can accommodate 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). 8 guests (maximum 4 adults) can stay in each villa.

The open-plan living area features contemporary furnishings and large windows that flood the space with natural light and offer stunning sea vistas. A state-of-the-art kitchen, fully equipped with high-end appliances, flows seamlessly into the dining area, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together.

Outside, the villa's beautiful terrace is a true highlight. Here, guests can relax by the private infinity pool, soak up the sun on comfortable loungers, or dine while taking in the panoramic sea views.
