This level includes 2 bedrooms, each equipped with 1 double bed and individual air conditioning units. The ground floor also features an open kitchen outfitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Two shower rooms with WC complete this level.

The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, mirrors the comfort and style of the ground floor.
