There was no hot water in the bathroom I had to take a cold shower I did report it but nothing was done and cockroach was noticed around the room , staff front desk not helpful at all,

Dodoma city hotel.

Probably a good hotel by standards of other hotels around it, but could be better and certainly not a 5-star hotel as advertised. Have to say that the staff are very helpful and courteous and will go out of their way to assist.
