• Sunny 3 room triplex apartment 3/5 persons (76 m2 floor area) adjacent to the villa. This is the most original flat as its layout is more like a big boat ;)
• Living room with high ceilings and exposed ceiling beams. Dining area with sea view. Direct access to the court yard and the seafront garden.
• Cozy living area upstairs on the mezzanine equipped with an additional sofa bed and a reading/working corner with sea view.
• Well equipped kitchen.
• Wifi, Bluetooth Hifi system and connected TV.
• A second tiny mezzanine with a large double bed and sea view from the bed. It’s more like a sleeping corner than a bedroom, like a bird nest up in a tree ;)
• Master bedroom with a large double bed and direct access to the seafront garden. Notice that there’s a low sealing in the bedroom and in the bathroom.
• The stairs in the beach house are steep so please notice that the access to the mezzanines can be complicated for people with reduced mobility.
• French oiled oak flooring.
• On arrival you will find beds made, towels provided and organic soap at your disposal.

An eco-responsible approach was followed during the renovation in 2017. The household linen is made from organic and/or ecological fibers. Almost all of our cleaning and hygiene products are also ecological. When you arrive, you will find beds made, towels provided and ecological soap. All double beds are equipped with a large latex mattress, breathable and comfortable, to offer you complete relaxation.

The kitchens are of course fully equipped and we have provided all the extras you will need for a pleasant holiday.

Our neighbor, the Thalasso de Douarnenez, will allow you to enjoy well-being treatments, aquagym, a sauna and a hammam…
