Renovated farmhouse in the Gâtinais region, adjoining another gîte but with a separate entrance protected by a hedge. This gîte sleeps 5 and is located in a peaceful rural setting. A green space is accessible at the front (600 m²) and at the rear of the semi-enclosed gîte (750 m²). Guests can enjoy a shared swimming pool during the warmer months. Ground floor:

- Large living room with lounge area, dining area, and a large, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with small freezer, sink, oven, gas hob with 3 gas burners and 1 electric burner, extractor hood, immersion blender, mixer, waffle iron, Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster)

- Separate WC.

Upstairs:

- Bedroom 1 with two single beds (80cm) and an en-suite shower room (shower, sink, toilet)
- Bedroom 2 with one double bed (140cm) and one single bed (90cm), and an en-suite shower room (shower, sink, toilet).

Outside:
- On-site parking in the driveway.

- Shared swimming pool (8m x 4m) with the second gîte, unheated, open from May to September for relaxation (the small building located 10m from the gîte is the pool's technical room - not accessible to guests).

[i] Electric heating is available at an extra charge (billed according to consumption) and/or wood pellets (€10 per bag). End-of-stay cleaning fee of €70 (mandatory for companies every 15 days). Bed linen is provided. (Towels are NOT provided, please bring your own).

Accessibility information: There is one step between the living room and the dining/kitchen area. The bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. This accommodation is NOT accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Coming from Paris take the A6 motorway towards Lyon. Take the Courtenay exit and continue to Douchy. In the village, direction Montargis and 1 km, turn right towards Chuelles. The gîte is 2 km on the right.
