The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2/person), kitchen towels (2), bath mats, and welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, a few washing tablets, sponge, 2 toilet paper rolls/WC...) are included in the service as well as the end-of-stay cleaning.

We can provide you free of charge with a baby bed type travel cot and a high chair upon request.

About Duingt....



This village set on the western shore of Lake Annecy deserves its designation as the "Pearl of the Lake".



Adjoining St Jorioz, the municipality of Duingt (which you will pronounce DOU-IN!), offers an exceptional view of the mountains and the lake. The cycle path connecting Annecy to Ugine crosses the village and makes it very easy to connect the villages along the lake by bicycle.



Several businesses are established in Duingt: the "best baker on the lake shores", a tobacco-press shop, very good restaurants in particular.



The location is 200 m from "Duingt Beach", 4 km from the Golf domain "Golf de Giez", 9 km from the town "In the heart of Annecy's old town", 800 m from the supermarket "Super U or Carrefour Market (Saint-Jorioz)", 58 km from the airport "Geneva Cointrin Airport", 9 km from the train station "Annecy TGV Station", 18 km from the ski slope "Le Semnoz" and it is located in an ideal area for families and stays with friends.



Duingt is obviously an excellent stopover for pleasant holidays in summer as in winter...

- cycling (the cycle path allowing a tour around the lake is opposite the house)

- hiking (departure of many hikes from the house: Entrevernes, Saint-Jorioz, Leschaux)

- sailing, pedalo, kayak, canoe, stand-up paddle, wakeboarding and also water skiing

- medium mountain walks from Sambuy (30 mins) or Semnoz (20 mins)

- summer sledding from Semnoz station

- an adventure park in Talloires (20 mins) or Tamié (35 mins)



In Winter:

- cross-country skiing, downhill skiing or sledding from the family resort of Semnoz (20 mins), possibility of equipment rental from our partner in Sevrier (5 mins)

- cross-country or downhill skiing can also be practiced in La Clusaz or Grand Bornand (35-40 mins); Les Saisies (40 mins), the 3 Valleys (about 1 hour)

- snowshoe walks from Semnoz

The views are amazing, the apartment is spacious, well equipped and well looked after. Property manager was keen to assist and checked in with us on arrival. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.
