If you plan go to a cruise very close to the marina but still needs a transportation to the pier, the building still on going renovation, the front desk male staff , in my opinion I did get a good costumer service, I did get a good impression towards the staff even the dining area

A room with a view….

The location of the hotel was perfect for us with a view of the sea and a short walk up to the explore the castle and cliffs. We had a clean, comfortable room with everything we needed to hand. The fridge was particularly useful. We took advantage of booking the breakfast which had a wide choice of hot and cold food. We would definitely recommend the hotel for a stay in Dover.

The superior double bed room was quite small, no room to walk around. Only one chair was there. There is only lift in the main lobby. Always got to wait a bit. The staff made us take the lift on the other side, even though they knew it was a long walk to our room. He was nudging us to take the stairs! How can they expect people to take the stairs with their luggage! They provide very little info to the guests, we had to ask about the parking, spa facilities..etc. they could have made everything clear in the welcome email. The rooms are clean including the bathroom. So good job maintaining it.

Spent one night prior to embarking on a cruise. Great location if cruising. Worth it to walk up the hill to visit the castle and tunnels. The hotel is a bit cramped, which is par for the UK and Europe. The room was nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. Room was quiet which was a nice surprise. Overall, a pleasant experience.
