Top latch was broken on door. Tub dirty. Hot tub in room dirty. You could hear every time a neighbor showered LOUDLY. Husband and I staycation. Although we tried to take the kids to the pool first, since they were not on the reservation it wasn’t allowed. Very old. Only good thing was the comfortable bed. Blankets were terrible

Overall, the hotel was clean. It's located next to a train rail. The night staff made our check-in go smoothly. The room was clean & the beds were comfortabl (only minor issue was the shower handle came off & a small crack on the toilet seat).There was a 24 hour coffee/tea station. The free continental breakfast was a good variety.....they could have had more fruits & jelly spread. The pool was warm, but murky & needs to be cleaned out. The only thing that was disappointing was the fact that my daughter's sneakers were stolen. Outside of that, the hotel was a decent place to stay for the price.

We had to get a new room at 11:30pm at night because ants were crawling on us in bed. When we looked, they were all over the wall, floors and headboards.

Anyone giving more than 2 stars is delirious! This place was an actual dump, dirty walls, dirty bathroom, dirty sheets, dust in the vents and walls, A/C unit was disgustingly dirty, mirror trim half missing, rust on every piece of metal in the bathroom, and the room stunk like wet dog. I could go on, this place is a disaster and any manager should be fired for letting this place look like this. 7 stars Avoid at all costs, spend a few extra bucks and go down the road to the Holiday Inn.
