The tv wouldn't come one, it took forever for the water to get hot in the bathroom, the toilet is too low (this can't be the only size in all rooms - we are not "little people"), the door really didn't lock, the curtains/drapes were not properly install, stains on the pillow case, Hvac system was noisy, no directional signs listed for the elevated (took forever to get to it because it's deep with the property), staff did not provide check in information such as wifi password, breakfast (no separation of utensils to use for each food item; no napkins, no pepper, no fruit, no water) and check out time.
