This hotel worked perfectly for our purpose. We slept there, had a breakfast and spent most of the time in and around the city returning to the hotel by night. The only thing we didn't like - the toilet was separated from bathroom

Absolutely wonderful location close to virtually everything in Dresden. Spacious room with exceptionally high ceilings. In room amenities were somewhat limited. Route to the parking garage is obscure, to say the least but staff was friendly and the dining and sightseeing opportunities in walking distance are unbeatable.

Ideal Dresden Stay

The hotel check-in staff were very friendly, the breakfast was excellent, the location relative to the old city in Dresden is ideal, and because we need to parking, the option to park right downstairs and leave the car there until we left Dresden mid afternoon was exceptional.

We wanted so much to like this property, but here are the pros and cons: Pros- very convenient to all historic Dresden has to offer. Helpful staff when they were there. Cons- staff not there at check in : no one . Had to call via Expedia to get someone to check us in . Room we booked was not available due to cleaning issues. We were offered another bigger room , but it had issues as well. AC limited per conservation policies? No water offered for the room, along with limited toiletries. Room cleaning every other day - but door hanger if you wanted it everyday that we missed. Overall staffing issues upon our arrival. Manager even admitted it was a rough beginning. With just a few tweaks this could be a great place to stay in Dresden. Do consider better pillows to start with.

I like how you can walk basically anywhere you want or need to go. I love how quiet it is in the area, and how welcoming my room was. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby. The service was great as well, very kind and helpful. A great experience overall, and I highly recommend.

Great stay.

Beautiful, very clean and comfortable and in a great location in the middle of the old town. Close to everything and lots of great restaurants, etc. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Very reasonably priced.

The hotel is ideally situated within a few minutes walk from all major toutist attractions and from a great mall. There are plenty restaurants and cafe in the visinity, but they open at 9 am only, so for "early birds" there is some problem. One may eat breakfast in the hotel, but it costs 22 euro and the meal one obtains certainly isn't worth it. There was a coffee mashine in the room, but for coffee you have to pay. Mattresses and pillows were OK. A room service was every other day.

A lovely property with fabulous view of Lake Garda. The ferry was a convenient way to get to other towns on the lake. Shops are nearby for purchasing personal items as well as souvenirs & gifts. The staff was friendly & accommodating.

This hotel is very clean and conveniently located close to all tourist attractions, therefore everything is walkable. The facilities are clean and functional, though no complementary tea or coffee included. Nearby area has multiple stores and restaurants. Overall, I am satisfied mostly because of good location.
