The hostel had clean rooms, toilets and showers. Very comfortable beds as well. Nice location in Neustadt with friendly staff. Also enjoyed karaoke night at the downstairs cafe/bar!

While staff was friendly and helpful the accommodations themselves were poor. The room was icy cold and the heater would not stay on. The shower was a nightmare compact and dirty. On my first day there when I went to shower in the morning the entire women’s shower area was flooded and there were wads of hair everywhere. It was disgusting.

The staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and genuine. The facilities are clean and very well maintained. Unfortunately when it’s hot outside the rooms get very hot and since there is no air con you have to open the window at night for air and the bar Habibis across the way is very noisy. So don’t expect quiet or smoke free air until at least 02:15 or bring ear plugs.

Nettes Personal. Abgewohnt und in meinem Fall war das Badezimmer nicht sauber. Handtücher mussten gegen Gebühr geliehen werden, was ok ist wenn, 1. eine Info vorab dazu erfolgt wäre und 2. diese Handtücher nicht so verbraucht wären. Lüftet mal die Lobby 😉 sonst war es ein nettes Hostel , was man durchaus empfehlen kann
