The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped with everything you need — a stove, fridge, oven, kettle, and all the basic cooking tools. There’s also a built-in wardrobe for your clothes and a small table that works great for eating or even working.

This means popular destinations like Dubai Marina, JBR, Mall of the Emirates, and even Downtown Dubai are just a short drive away, typically between 15 to 25 minutes depending on traffic.

Public transport is still growing in this area, so while there aren’t metro stations within walking distance, taxis are easy to find and ride-hailing apps like Uber and Careem work very well here. They can pick you up right from your doorstep and take you wherever you need to go.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 11:00 AM.

We provide you with a starter pack of toiletries. Please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products are not provided.

Please note that baby cots & baby high-chair are subject to availability only. Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.

Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. Failure to comply will result in violation fee of AED 1000.

Please note that the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay.

If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged depending on the availability and for an additional fee. Please note that there is a charge of AED 500 for each lost access card.
