An excellent hotel offering everything essential in a clean and well-maintained environment. While it may not be an extravagant property, the service is outstanding and the staff are genuinely warm and professional. My stay at this hotel was excellent. All staff, including housekeeping were extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Dubai Mall, Kite Beach, and Dubai Festival City Mall, which was very convenient. Some routes include pickup while others do not, and reservations must be made 24 hours in advance. It’s in a great location about a 10–15-minute walk to the nearest metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The room I booked was fantastic and fully equipped with everything I needed, including tea and coffee facilities, multiple mirrors (including a full-length mirror), a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. A thoughtful touch was the daily housekeeping service leaving four complimentary bottles of water. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options such as a full English breakfast, pancakes, vegetables, yogurt, tea, coffee, and a selection of fruits. Staff regularly checked to ensure guests had everything they needed. The hotel also offers free luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures, which was very convenient.

We had reservations from 25 to 29 December ,2025. We arrived on 26. We reserved 25 with an anticipation that we will arrive early on 26 so that we could immediately check in. We had reserved family room which has two rooms and two bathrooms with connecting rooms. When we arrived the rooms were not ready even when we paid for the night before and called to make sure that they will be available. We were put in two rooms on two different floors initially. Later we were moved to two rooms but not family rooms with connectivity. Horrible experince overall. The rooms were very small and the bathroom is so horrible that if you take shower the entire bathroom will get wet. Expedia should give proper description of the rooms. I feel we were deceived Many of the front desk people including their managers were incompetent. They are absolutely unhelpful. Only person who was helpful was Roney. We had overall bad experience at this place and will never stay here again when in Dubai.

We really enjoyed our stay here at Arabian Park Dubai. We found the location perfect for our holiday itinerary. The staff was welcoming and attentive to our needs, as well as being really helpful. The room itself was perfect for us and it looked brand new! The bathroom/shower was very nice and modern.

Clean room, the housekeeping staff was great. I do believe they need to do something about a checkin woman. I came to check in and she told me to go sit down while I watched her check in people who didn't look like me. Perhaps they should get numbers if the checkin staff can't remember who's next. I have no complaints about the other staff. All the others were courteous and helpful. The buffet was good. I like the fact that the hotel is walking distance to the metro or the hotel employees are good about getting a taxi for their guests. It's definitely a place I'll stay again.
