Atlantis The Royal has enormous potential. The infrastructure, design, and certain aspects of service are world-class. However, inconsistencies in guest experience, particularly in public areas and certain dining venues, diminish its appeal. Despite these issues, I will be staying again in August, as the location is ideal for an upcoming event. I sincerely hope the management addresses these service gaps by then because, with some refinement, this property could rank among the world’s top hotels. For now, while the experience was enjoyable, it does not yet earn a place among my top 20 global stays.

Best hotel in Dubai for luxury and elegance

Absolutely stunning! We have stayed in some nice hotels over the years but this has to be the very best! Luxury and class at every turn. The staff are amazing; from the moment you arrive at the lobby, to check in, at the pool, in the bars, restaurants. Everyone makes you feel welcome and valued. The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished and I would recommend picking a palm view room. Ask for it high up too so you can get the best possible views! Cloud 22 is stunning and worth a visit - even at the price it’s worth it, the resort pools are exceptional too. I would 100% recommend to anyone!

Luxury and nothing but amazing customer service at this hotel. Loved the breakfast and access to Aquaventure park. Royal pool was heated so sell i did not want to leave.
