Great location and value

I loved the location of this hotel, it’s roughly a five minute walk from Kite beach, and its easy to navigate around Dubai from this area. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, they made our early check in a smooth experience. I found our room to be very clean and well taken care of. I would stay here again.

This hotel is incredible! The staff are off the chart wonderful, accommodating and sincere. Rooms are comfy, clean and spacious. Loved the large shower. The location is perfect. The beach is steps away, but the area is calm and not overcrowded. We will definitely be coming back here. This place was recommended by a friend who lives here and takes “staycations” at this hotel. The staff made the experience the best. Everyone knew my name and were always friendly. I always had a clean room and plenty of water and tea and coffee. Dubai is so clean and the people are all so friendly. I didn’t hear ONE POLICE siren in two weeks stay. No homeless people. No trash everywhere. The USA.could learn many lessons on city planning from their government.

I booked this hotel online by accident and when I tried to cancel the reservation within 15 minutes of booking it, they told me that it was a nonrefundable room. So I stayed there. I was under the distinct impression that I had booked a room with breakfast included, but they told me that I had not. The breakfast did not look all that great, though. The room was dirty. I did not sleep well and I wish I had stayed at the Marriott instead.
