We had a great stay at Dusit Thani Dubai. The hotel is very clean, and the staff responded quickly to any request we had. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent — surrounded by everything you need and very convenient for getting around the city. The breakfast had a good variety of options, which we appreciated. However, the service at breakfast could use some improvement. On two out of the five days we ate there, I had trouble receiving what I ordered and had to ask more than once. The only other inconvenience during our stay was that the hotel needed to flush and clean the water system, which required no water use from 2:00–5:00. Unfortunately, the water didn’t return to normal until around 7:00, which was inconvenient since we couldn’t shower after coming back from the beach. I wish they had provided more accurate timing and mentioned it clearly at the time of booking. Additionally, there was a slight unpleasant smell when turning on the water during the first three days, although it became less noticeable later in our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would definitely go back.

Welcoming staff at Dusit Thani Dubai Hotel - speedy service, from early check in; to assisting with luggage; to the discreet and wonderful staff who kept rooms tidy and suprised us with a Birthday cake and fruit platter. We felt safe and much looked after - in our spacious 2 bedroom apartment with the Burj Khalifa view. The rooms were stocked up; from kitchen appliances (stove, kettle, microwave, fridge and beverages like tea/coffee) to bathroom amenities (toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer). A TV in the bedrooms and the main seating area. Hotel offers many services and facilities like spa, swimming pool, restaurants, free bus from hotel to areas within the city (schedule at front desk) - and many more I'm sure. Free WiFi at check in; lovely lobby area to wait or hang out in. Other - Uber, Bolt and Deliveroo available.

The Dusi Thani in Dubai is one of the most impressive I have ever stayed at. ALL the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. Management has done a great job creating a family atmosphere for its employees and customers. Highly recommend it to anyone traveling this way.
