2. Guest Identification:

3. Unauthorized Guests:
- Only guests listed in the original booking are permitted to stay overnight.
- Any additional visitors must be pre-approved by the host.

5. Sofa Bed:
- Sofa bed linens are available exclusively upon request prior to check-in.

- Check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
- Ensure that all keys and access cards are returned.
8. Damage Reporting:

- The property must not be used for any illegal activities. Violations will result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement.
10. Same-day (last-second) reservations may require a later check-in time and could delay the availability of extra facilities, such as an additional sofa bed linens, or other amenities. In most cases, this is not an issue, but it largely depends on the time of reservation and check-in
11. Please note: There is temporary construction on the plot next to this building, which may cause mild noise during the daytime. However, please note that this unit is well insulated, so the noise during normal working is not disruptive.
