The place was okay, but after a few good days the shower water turned completely cold and stayed that way for three days. Even though it was a building-wide problem, the owner never updated us, and we had to keep messaging for answers. My husband even got sick from the cold water. Overall, not the best experience.

In der Beschreibung steht 60 m^ ,es sind nur 40 m^ mit Balkon ,also wirklich klein und Kanalblick, den gab es gar nicht. Dieses Appartement ist genauso wie auf den Fotos. 4 Schlafplätze ,auch bequem,aber kleiner runder Esstisch mit 2 Stühlen, kleiner Couchtisch, Couch für 4 Leute zum sitzen zu klein. Kaum Stauraum im Wohnbereich.Auf dem schönen großen Balkon stehen auch wieder nur 2 bequeme Sessel, plus Sesselschauckel ,aber zu 4. unmöglich. Ein kleiner Wäscheständer für 2 okay ,für 4 grosse Badetücher und Badeklamotten ,nein.Kleiderschrank und Bett im Schlafzimmer okay. Badezimmer klein ,in der Dusche nix zum abstellen für Duschbad. Auch wieder nur für 2 Handtücher zum aufhängen. Es gibt 2 Tv mit Netflix und Prime. Internet auf dem Balkon und im Appartement gut . Küchenausstattung für 4 okay. Aber kaum Stauraum für Einkäufe. Grosser Kühlschrank mit Eisfach , Gasherd ,aber schwer zu bedienen. Dafür das es vorort keine Rezeption gibt ist die Kommunikation, finde ich , sehr schlecht, manchmal bekommt man keine Antwort. Pool und Gym in der 4. Etage. Pool war super ,auch meist genügend Liegen und Schirme. Im Appartement waren Pool Handtücher. Gym haben wir nicht genutzt. Erstaustattung Kaffee, Duschbad und Toilettenpapier, aber nicht ausreichend für 4 oder gar 2 Wochen. Ein Supermarkt im Eingangsbereich hat eine gute Auswahl und Preise wie überall in Dubai. Die Sicherheitsleute im Eingangsbereich sind fast alle freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement ist für 2 nicht 4

Les photos mettent très bien en avant le logement mais relativement petit. Globalstay est très bien organisé... pour vous prendre votre argent. Peu de communication au départ sur les modalités et après ils ne vous donnent pas les codes pour accéder au logement tant que vous n'avez pas payé la présence d'un bébé de 10 mois dans le logement. Evidemment, à 1H du matin et après un long voyage, vous etes pris à la gorge et vous n'avez pas la possibilité d'échange / discuter avec eux.
