Nice hotel close to shopping center

Pros: Location big room size comfort
Cons: should supply cold water in summer time
Location: big shopping center
excellent location close to Sahara shopping center you can eat you can watch Movie & off course you can do shopping very comfortable hotel staff is very nice especially Ahmed at reception .Everything is perfect except the hot water for bath we can take bath water was boiling I asked reception they said some problem otherwise good stay I will definetely will stay again

Staff donot know what they are doing, while checking in the staff member did not know whether the room had breakfast included or not and set off on a lengthy quest to find out, then when that hurdle was crossed he claimed the room hadnt been paid for when it had. I asked for the wifi code at this point so I could go into my online banking and show the transaction but was told it would only be released after checkin. It's only when the manager intervened did the staff member realise it clearly said paid on the booking. We left right away and asked for our bags to be taken up to our room, when we returned 3 hours later this hadnt been done. The wifi kept disconnecting throughout our stay here and devices had to be disconnected and reconnected and the front desk could just reset the router. The bath had numerous stains all over. When checking out they tried to charge for 3 nights worth of a rollaway bed charge when this was only used for 1 night. Throughout our stay here there was no hotel front drop off as building work was going on which we werent informed about. All in all a shambles of a 'hotel'.

Nous avons payé la prestation petit déjeuner qui n'a pas été enregistré. Donc il fallait payé 50 euros tous les matins. Emplacement dans un quartier très mal fréquenté (prostitution). Le descriptif de l'hôtel était mensongé et pourtant c'est la 4 ème fois que je fais confiance à ebookers. Cafards dans les chambres, salle de bain insalubre malgré les efforts de ménage du personnel, odeur très forte des fauteuils en cuir dans les chambres. Le responsable de l'hôtel n'a fais aucun effort de compréhension. Du coup nous n'avons eu aucun lien avec la réception.

20min van Dubai

Een goed hotel/appartement complex. Tegenover de Sahara Mall. 20-30min om naar het bruisend Dubai te komen met de taxi! Dus als je echt in Dubai wilt zitten, zou ik dit niet boeken. Over het algemeen goeie bedden, alleen weinig baddoeken. Wij waren met 4 en elke avond kregen we maar 3 baddoeken en moesten we dit vragen. Er werd elke dag netjes opgeruimd en afgewassen. Alleen in de 2 weken dat wij daar zaten is de badkuip niet schoongemaakt. Aardig personeel.
