This hotel is fantastic for the JBR beach. The sea views are the best. Our three bedroom suite was not as fabulous as the four bedroom we previously had on a visit the year before. Would visit again and again. Helpful staff and very clean and welcoming.

Nice staff, room great. Pools far too small and the fact that they sell use of the pool and sunbeds to non guests when they do not have enough for the guests is disappointing.

Time taken for check in was delayed. Had to wait several hours for the room to be ready. Staff initially not very helpful and a little rude however one member was very good and offered some goodwill (free meal which we didnt take) Overall experience was a bit disappointing.
