This is by far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The customer service is absolutely terrible. The front desk staff are rude, unhelpful, and always seem annoyed whenever you ask for anything. Their attitude alone is enough to ruin your stay. The room conditions were disappointing, the service was slow, and nothing about this place made me feel comfortable or welcomed. For the money they charge, you expect at least basic respect and hospitality, but you won’t find that here. I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually values their guests.

I wrote a review and it got deleted somehow so here’s the second one. The hotel was nice. The room was big and there was a safe in the room. The staff was exceptional, especially the girl from Nepal, but there’s several things that need to be addressed in my opinion. I was freezing when I first went inside the room and I had to call someone to come upstairs to fix the temperature the maintenance man came immediately and everything was OK for the remainder of my stay The shower floor was very slippery and I had to put the towel on the floor in order to avoid falling I mentioned this to them, but evidently they didn’t come to address it they also don’t give out hand towels, so I had to use a bath towel all the time and that’s fine The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable There were no problems except for the two mentioned above the other issue had to do with the free shuttle to the airport. It took a long time for the shuttle to come when I landed and as for departing, I was dropped off at the wrong airport terminal. I should not have been dropped off at terminal three but a terminal one since I’m flying.Qatar. So as a result, I had to find a way to go to the other terminal. If you want a hotel close to the airport, which is very convenient then I recommend this hotel sorry about the typing of this, but I’m running out of time and I can’t go back and fix everything and since I lost the first review, I am not going to do it again

clean and modern rooms, close to airport terminal one. staff are fairly helpful, though i stayed a couple of times a week apart at this hotel, and it really depends who you get at check-in-- vibe can range from friendly to a bot less warm. they are upgrading the entrance, which is a good plan.

Unfortunately, we were surprised to hear at the reception at 1 o’clock in the morning that our reservation was canceled because they have difficulties credited with the bank. The hotel was fully booked as well as all the surrounding hotels and we have a hell of time to find a room at that time of the night… that was really unprofessional and unpleasant attitude for a well-known hotel chain.
