This 2-bedroom apartment sits in a prime spot in JBR, just a short walk from The Walk’s 330+ shops, restaurants, and cafés. You’re also close to JBR Beach, Dubai Marina, and Bluewaters Island via the pedestrian bridge, home to Ain Dubai. The apartment comes with access to pools, gym, and a shared beach. Enjoy Marina and city views from the balcony, and all the essentials are ready for a smooth stay.
The Space
The living area features an open layout with direct access to the balcony, where you’ll get a nice view of Dubai Marina. A comfortable sofa faces a 55” TV on a modern console, with a glass coffee table in the center. The dining table seats six and sits close to the closed kitchen, which comes with all the practical appliances you’d expect: from a fridge, electric stove and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and Dolce Gusto machine, to a blender. There's also a dishwasher to handle the cleanup and a washing machine for laundry. The property is equipped with high-speed WiFi at 250 Mbps.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom features a king-size bed dressed in soft linens and plush pillows for a comfortable night’s rest. On either side, you’ll find bedside tables with lamps, perfect for winding down with a book.
