Very comfortable hotel with perfect service. Reception is great Maryam, Lady from Kenya and other they are all very helpful. In the room there are recycle boxes by material which is great. Moreover restaurant team is perfect as well. Omlette service, cleaning tables are excellent ! Very central location, great parking facility and only 200 m. away from Mall of the Emirates. Hotel is clean and has the services to popular Kite Beach.

Rooms & corridors were musty and need cleaning. Staff were really helpful specially in dairy allergy. Very close to mall of Emirates and metro station, but there’s road maintenance that are somehow blocking nowadays
