Staff is absolutely amazing. And hotel very clean and spacious. Restaurants are next level. My absolute favorite is the roof top restaurant and pool area with a clear clear view of Burj khalifa! Room are very modern and service is outstanding. My first ever stay in Dubai and what a memorable one at that.

Awful stay here. Poor customer service. Supposed to check in at 1400, finally got a room at 1630. Room was worn, outside noise loud. Could hear people screaming across the hall and sneezing next door. Phones didn't work to ring down to reception. Only ever had one wine glass. Asked reception who forgot. Made a complaint, the hotel ignored me basically. Very very bad stay. They also had on some sort of corporate vmevent which was evidently more important than us. The door staff in Romeo Lane was obnoxious and rude. Do not recommended this hotel. We checked out earlier and settled the bill and now being hassled by them.

Fabulous hotel m. Rooms clean modern and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent variety on offer was fab. Main Pool area lovely and modern would need some attention to lower deck maintenance fresh coat of paint would help and remove broken umbrella!!! One down side is the music from the club especially on the weekend in creek view rooms as it can be load and go on late into early hours

Upon arrival, it took 40 minutes to locate our reservation. Then we were told the room wasn’t ready, despite a 2:00 PM check-in. After a long flight, we finally received the room at 4:00 PM, with no waiting area, food, or drinks offered in the meantime. We later requested a late checkout as compensation, but it was denied. Customer service also ignored our feedback entirely. Very disappointing experience and poor guest care.

Honestly, whoever rated this hotel 5 stars has probably never been to a real 5-star hotel in Dubai. The staff were very rude, the breakfast buffet was extremely small, and the rooms were tiny. They claimed to have a king bed, but it definitely wasn’t. Overall, this is more of a 3.5–4 star hotel in terms of staff, service, and food, and what you pay doesn’t match the value you receive. Don’t be fooled by the fake reviews — there are far better 5-star hotels in Dubai than this one.
