Fantastic hotel - incredible service and people

Great hotel with incredible service that makes it stand out (so sorry, I forgot many names of all the staff who made us feel so special). Right from arriving in taxi and being welcomed outside as a “VIP friend”, to reception who were so happy to see us, informed, the cool check-in on 41st floor with the brilliant Karim who helped us so much. Spa was delightful (Aman), the Turkish buffet for Iftar was pacy full of variety and flavour - very delicious. Room was incredible (they made our day by preparing the suite), but the new thing was how every member of staff - from concierge to security - made us feel extra special during our stay.

The service was top-notch—every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel special. Whether it was the concierge assisting with recommendations, the housekeeping team maintaining perfection, or the restaurant staff providing excellent dining experiences, the hospitality was exceptional. Speaking of dining, the restaurants at Shangri-La Dubai were outstanding.
