Parking access card did not work. Made repeater attempts to have it fixed with the Stonetree team and building management to no avail. I paid AED 1,240/£250 for parking throughout the duration of my stay and now am being told that I won’t get it back from Stonetree and that I should try to claim from the building- less than acceptable.

Do not book this place!!

**AVOID** Arrived to find air conditioning was closed off due to unpaid bills. Property manager lied about it being paid. Had to send AC engineer to fix issues once bill was paid. Curtains ripped down, broken front door, door to master bedroom doesn’t close, no WiFi in master bedroom. Property manager ignored hundreds of messages with requests to fix issues. Had to refuse to leave property until they refunded my deposit in cash. I was sat in the apartment with staff for 1hr in silence until they eventually paid with cash in his bag (that they claimed they didn’t have to begin). I couldn’t recommend avoiding this property enough. Stonetree in general seem to be an unorganized company who have sub-par properties, especially given the price tag.
