Fantastic hotel, great facilities and extremely helpful staff. The location is absolutely beautiful but it is a way off the beaten track. Luckily we had a hire car, I don’t know what a taxi costs but I would imagine a fair bit. You are a good 30 minute drive from downtown, without traffic, and 45 mins to the airport.

We stayed at Taj Exotica Resort at The Palm, Dubai as a family of four for 3 nights and had a truly unforgettable experience. What made our stay even more special was celebrating our son's birthday during our time there—and the resort staff went above and beyond to make it magical. From the start, the staff was exceptionally courteous and thoughtful. On our son's birthday, they surprised us with a cake during breakfast, beautifully decorated our room with another cake in the evening, and even gave him a lovely gift before we left for a day outing. These thoughtful gestures truly touched our hearts and made the day incredibly special for him—and for us. The resort itself is stunning, with a huge pool flanked by poolside bars on either side—perfect for both kids and adults to relax and enjoy. The breakfast spread was impressive every single day, offering a wide variety of high-quality dishes. We also tried in-room dining, which was excellent in both taste and presentation. Overall, Taj Exotica delivered a perfect mix of luxury, warmth, and attention to detail. Highly recommended for families looking for a premium and personalized experience in Dubai!

Lovely stay with family. We took half board option stay which was good we had a good option for the restaurants there. Even with the 3 course set we could choose any dish from the whole menu. The breakfast buffet had so much variety.

Amazing- I would say best in class food from both variey and taste perspectives. The hotel is very clean, staff are friendly, and there is a games room for kids. Pool is very big but not deep; beach is clean but there is a bit of small rocks. Overall amazing and highly recommended.
