An absolutely amazing stay at the Taj on the palm. A really beautiful hotel - staff are outstanding - food was excellent and a great games room and pool for the kids! The hotel smells incredible - you literally won’t want to leave. Spa is also very very nice - had a scrub and massage which was wonderful. So many good choices in the buffet and the staff will do their best to accommodate dietary needs. Always asking! Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so special! We will be back!

Behavioral issue from the valet

Lack of animations and very basic ambiance The room service for breakfast was not cleaned until pm ( cart with used plates and left food stayed in front of the room for hours) When leaving , the valet asked me if i did the checkout - which I told him I did. He asked to come with him to the desk to show him with whom i have done and confirm. I felt i was treated like a lier … will never come again

Taj on the palm was excellent, i would stay here again. Its quiet, nice and the staff are very smiley and helpful. From the time we checked in till check out, we loved the place - the rooftop 6th floor bar was one of the highlights, amazing views of the sea & burj al arab from there. There are always taxi’s around without a wait so easy to go places. Harpreet the concierge was very nice, this chap needs a promotion & pay rise ! He was very helpful - overall great place, will stay again when i come back next year !

4★ - A Luxurious Stay with a Few Hiccups Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious with stunning views, and the smart TV was a great touch. The breakfast selection was fantastic, although the queues at the cooking stations were a bit long. The pool area and staff were excellent, making our stay very enjoyable. A special thank you to the team for making my dad’s early 70th birthday celebration extra special with the beautiful room decor and cake on our first night. It was a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated! On our first night, it was stressful due to our taxi driver driving off with our luggage. While security did not initially notice this, we truly appreciate Sama’s efforts in resolving the situation, even though it kept us up until 4 AM. That being said, we were pleased to see that security for the rest of our stay was excellent, always ensuring we hadn’t left anything behind in taxis and being much more attentive. One area that could be improved is the cleaning service. A little extra attention to detail in this area would have made the experience even better. On a more positive note, our heartfelt thanks to Chef Rohit for preparing Sabudana Khichdi and Jeera Aloo for us while we were fasting for Mahashivratri. His kindness and attention to detail were much appreciated, and the food was delicious. Thanks to Grace for an amazing massage! Also thanks to Amrinder, the Duty manager for looking after us!
