Gas alarm went off at 2 am at night. Despite multiple requests the AC did not go below 24 degs which made the apartment uncomfortable. We were 4 but only two towels were placed. Shower gel and shampoo are tiny and not sufficient for all at a time. First day we got 4 small glass bottled Al Ain water, next day we get large in house filtered water in a large bottle. Hotel is middle of nowhere, need taxi or car to get around. Staff were polite and reactive but don’t come here for a tranquil experience because it’s more stressful than needed. I was not offered any refund or compensation for the inconvenience after paying more than what it’s worth.

Rent och snyggt (doftade gott i alla utrymmen), bra lägenheter, trevlig personal och bra gym… Ligger dock avsides och långt från centrum, strand och sevärdheter, ingen kollektivtrafik i närheten heller vilket gör att man är mycket bil/taxi beroende… Ingen restaurang, poolen var okej (trotts många lösa kakelplattor) och väldigt få solstolar, bullrigt (motorväg utanför och flertalet byggen runt omkring) och ingen vidare utsikt. Hotellet behöver se över sin brandsäkerhet, det gick minst ett (vissa dagar flertalet) brandlarm som ingen reagerade på utan bara kvitterades…

Superbe, hotel en fait je pensais avoir une chambre simple, mais c’était littéralement un appartement avec 2 salles de bains privées et un balcon privée. De plus, Rayane, le membre du personnel à l'accueil était tout simplement fantastique et très courtois tout au long de mon court séjour et en plus il parle français! Great place to be!
