- Smoking is not allowed in the unit and will have 2000 AED penalty.
- Liqour and alcohol is not allowed in the unit, if such there will be a 2000 AED penalty.
- Losing access cards/Parking remote will have 2000 AED penalty.

- No parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No pets are allowed
- Late check out of 500 AED per hour.
- There are no refunds or change of reservation allowed after the check in takes place.
- Do not microwave the wooden plates.
- Do not water the plants until given instructions to do so, as they need careful care.
- Any excessive stains found in the apartment as the result of use of tan liquid/spray product or any similar skin product that leave stains will be fined with 1000 AED in addition to the cleaning fees of removal of the stains.
- Any violations that is against the building adherence guidelines will be paid by guest.
