The Hotel is the poorest hotel ever. Poor housekeeping Poor customer service Poor food ever that can not consume Poor amenities No Toilet rolls supplied we had to buy No cutleries supplied only provided with plastic spoon to wash and reuse throughout our stay We were held back on check out for a dirty bedsheet and charged for it before we left. The hotel worth nothing and it shouldn’t be on Expedia platform. I advised do not visit based on my experience.

Property has 3 clubs downstairs which was really disappointing snd every night they turn on loud music which was very annoying . Strangers coming to club were uncomfortable also the room was very dusty they don’t clean the floors or dust the room. Toiletries we have to ask every day for towels, toilet paper etc.

The hotel was very poor, and I do not recommend booking a room here. The management was also uncooperative. On the first day, I found a cockroach in my room and showed the photo to the front desk, but they did not take the issue seriously. I requested to cancel my stay, but they told me that because the booking was made through Hotels.com, they could not process the cancellation. As a result, I was forced to stay in the room for two more nights despite the unsanitary conditions.

They are a bunch of thieves. I accidentally reserved two hotels for the same night and I immediately (within minutes) reached out to Expedia trying to resolve this but the hotel would not accept a refund, even in spite of Expedias best efforts. This model of doing business that puts money first and the customer last is aggressive, demoralizing and plain crooked and shady.

Room was spacious, staff where so wonderful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Parking is possible If paid for. Highly rate this hotel both for being affordable and enjoyable. Short walk to metro Staff where amazing truly impressed with how professional and respectful they where. We loved our trip and are very thankful. Stayed for 4 days.
