This was a beautiful hotel. The beds were comfy, blackout curtains were amazing and couldn’t hear a thing. Not even the airport noise. Within 5 minutes of the airport. Easy shuttle bus. And there were danishes and a kids play package on the counter when we arrived. There was coffee, tea and hot chocolate available to make. I would definitely recommend.

When we arrived to the hotel, we were given a room key. When we went to the room, there was already someone in the room. You can imagine our shock. No other rooms available at the hotel. No idea how something like that could happen. The same thing for the couple travelling with us. Their room key did not work (twice). However, it turned out someone was in the room.

We paid for a double room and they put us in a handicapped room where the shower soaked the bathroom floor. They gave us a handful of towels but neither Expedia or the hotel has talked to us about adjusting the hotel rate. (We stayed at this hotel 6 days before and had a great experience. The restaurant is excellent.)

It was excellent all the way until break when I could not get a non dairy spread. Not good for a coeliac’s disease sufferer. But like I said otherwise a top class establishment.

We took the shuttle from the Dublin airport and it was a quick and easy ride to the hotel. Our check-in was also swift and easy - handled by very friendly attendants. Our room was an accessible one, which we did not request or require, so navigating the bathroom was a little frustrating, especially the shower. The room was so extremely warm and remained so even after we turned the heat off. Otherwise our stay was ok.
